Shipping & Returns
What is your shipping policy?
While we offer expedited shipping options, please note that standard build times for your order still apply.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on the current production schedule and the shipping destination.
Once your order is complete, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Orders completed after 1:00 PM Eastern StandardTime will be picked up for shipment the following business day.
What is the refund and return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What type of material are Door Mags made of?
Utilizing hard rubber, the product is designed to flex with door pockets while also being resilient to frequent magazine handling.
Can this fit in the driver and passenger side door pocket?
Yes and no. The model side you choose will only fit that side of the vehicle. (We will be offering both sides for purchase in the future.)
Can it be placed into other vehicle makes and models?
No. The vehicle make, model, and year fitments differ in side. Door Mags Inc. uses a 3d lazer scanner to scan each vehicles door pocket for a custom fit.
Do you make your products in the U.S.?
Yes. Our products are manufactured out of Jacksonville, FL.
